Santa Clause

This year we went to see Santa. Not the one at Christmas Village, I heard he was quite the grump. But Glenn's cousin Dan and Jewel decorate their house (I would hate to have their electric bill), and for one night, they dawn Mr. and Mrs. Clause outfits. They give out candy canes, and they give each child a present. Emily wanted to kiss Santa and give him a hug. When we left for the night, she was sad that she couldn't stay.
But don't you think they did a great job? If you want to go next year let us know.

Nights.

After July 4ths amazing fireworks in Evanston, my daughter was very afraid to sleep in her own room. After 4 months or so we finally convinced our daughter to sleep in her own room. We went into her room one morning soon after, and did not see her. After looking under her bed, we found her in her closet. This is where she has slept ever since. She always likes to take her drink to bed with her.

A few nights later, we went into her room to check on her. Imagine my surprise when I found this tucked into her bed.
Now, don't you know that beds are for dolls.

Zoo

From the left, Emily, Rowdy, and Sophie

We decided to go to the zoo this summer. These three are going to be TROUBLE soon. I think that they will start to feed off of each others ideas. The most interesting thing that they could find was the monkey that kept taking his blanket off, and wrapping himself up again. I think they watched him for a long time. I think we better keep our eyes on these three. They will be training the next two.
Emily was very intrigued by the monkey.

Kids

Mine certainly take after me. Today, we have had many bumps and bruises. If I didn't know better I would think that I beat her.

Just today, Em, hung out the newly installed doggy door. She bonked her lip, on the way in or out. Then she went downstairs to get her drink so that I could refill it for her, Em did summer-saults all the way down my stairs, resulting in a bleeding lip.

Then my daughter ran into the side of my couch, resulting in the other side of her lip bleeding. Well finally it is time for her to go to bed, and she turns around on the stairs, and falls flat on her face on the stair. Nice bloody nose.

I am glad it is bedtime. No more injuries for the night. SIGH!

I will have pictures again soon, but, I haven't taken any since Christmas.

Massage Therapy

Everybody need a nice relaxing massage every once in a while. It has been a long time since I have been able to pamper anyone with a massage. After three long years and few massages in between, I am now up to giving massages again.
I have cleaned out my massage room, bought new oils, and am ready to go. So if you need a massage, call me.
